How do I redeem a gift card?
Gift cards can be used during our mobile boutique visits. Simply present the card or your digital code at the time of purchase, and the amount will be applied to your loved one's total.
Can gift cards be used for online shopping?
Currently, our gift cards are specifically designed for our mobile boutique experience to encourage in-person shopping during our visits at senior living communities. We are exploring online options for the future.
Do the gift cards expire?
Kay's Traveling Closet gift cards do not expire. We want seniors to enjoy their shopping experience whenever we visit their community without any time pressure.
Can I purchase a physical gift card?
Yes, we offer both digital and physical gift cards. Physical cards can be mailed directly to you or the recipient, perfect for placing inside special occasion cards.
